Prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars ($). As these are digital products, no shipping or handling fees apply. Please note that digital sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your state of residence. Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

Payment is due immediately at the time of the order, including for digital pre-orders. Payment is accepted via major credit cards through our secure processor, Stripe. All information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Security guarantees for the payment system are the sole responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to Lifestyle with Joi.

Delivery is strictly digital. Products are considered "delivered" at the moment the download link or login credentials are sent to the email address provided by the Client. Lifestyle with Joi is not responsible for technical issues resulting from the Client’s internet connection, firewall, or incorrect email entry. If you do not receive your digital access within 24 hours, please contact our support.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Lifestyle with Joi. We offer a 5-day refund window for our digital products and services.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us at info@lifestylewithjoi.com within five (5) calendar days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility: Refund requests made after the 5-day window will not be honored.

Access Revocation: Upon the issuance of a refund, your access to the digital product, member portal, or service materials will be immediately revoked.

Abuse Policy: Lifestyle with Joi reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user is abusing the refund policy (e.g., requesting multiple refunds over time or downloading all content before requesting a refund).

In accordance with U.S. privacy standards, you have the right to access and request the correction of your personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection of your data for digital delivery and marketing.
